All cakes consist of 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of fillings as standard and are encased in white chocolate ganache and covered with luxury sugar paste.

- Vanilla Sponge with choice of Strawberry or Raspberry Conserve with a Madagascan Vanilla Bean Buttercream filling
- Zesty Lemon Sponge with a luxury Lemon Curd and Lemon buttercream filling made with fresh lemons and Sicilian Lemon Extract
